026 Cut and paste Tables loss of structure and data

In the following scenario, (on XP Pro fully patched)

  1. Three column, 4 row, populated table.
  2. Top cell left side and the cell beneath it merged for a title.
  3. Middle cell top and and top cell right merged for title

In cutting and pasting the table pastes as a two column table and loses all data beneath the title.

Sadly this is repeatable.
