The Windows version 1.9 Interactive Tutorial contains no “Quick Start” (or any other) collection, in spite of the START HERE document referencing it.

This seems to be an issue some users are having with files merging during an update to an existing installation. We’ll take a look at what’s going on with the updater. (All the interesting discussion is in the thread linked.)
