When I updated to Scrivener 2.1 all the app icons are missing. What can I do to fix this?
What do you mean by application icons, is the toolbar just turned off (View/Show Toolbar) or are say, items in the Binder just a list of text names with no icons, and do buttons in the footer bar and other areas appear like blank squares?

Okay, go ahead and trash the copy of Scrivener in your Applications folder (closing it first, naturally). Then re-install it from a fresh download. If you purchased from the App Store you’ll need to use that program to re-install. Otherwise download from here.
That fixed it.
