I think this is a bug. I have a technical document with lots of multilevel lists. In epub (mobi) compile some of the list numbering goes awry in particular circumstances, the same compile to PDF is fine.
One jpg is a screenshot in Scrivenings mode, 3 text docs containing in the Draft folder. Looks fine in Scrivener.
Orher jpg is a screenshot of the kindle result showing messed up numbering.
Also attached is small project from which this was generated showing the issue. The problem occurs with 2nd multilevel list in doc 2. 1st one is fine.
1st list:
1
2
3
[color=transparent]xxxxx3a
[color=transparent]xxxxx3b
4
2nd list:
1
2
3
[color=transparent]xxxxx3a
[color=transparent]xxxxx3b
Difference is that last item in second list is a ‘level 2’ item. All subsequent lists are messed up in mobi compile, until there is a page break instruction somewhere in the compile.
PDF compiles correctly regardless of page breaks.
In the attached project there are 3 custom compile ‘project formats’: “PDF OK”, “Ebook OK”, “Ebook Not OK”, they do what they say
