This Google search leads me to ask if v.3.0.3 is available anywhere. It’s not on the App store.
I’m trying to avoid a morning of tedium, copying and pasting while maintaining a constant Internet connection, always iffy here.

I don’t really understand there relevance of the Google search, but 3.0.3 has not been released yet. You can always see the latest version on the release notes page:
literatureandlatte.com/scri … s?os=macOS
Alternatively, the Mac App Store shows the latest version, or if you have the version from our store, you can go to Scrivener > Check for Updates… to see if there is a newer version available.
Scrivener 3.0.3 will be released when it’s ready. We cannot and do not give specific release dates in advance.
1, Google search: Because a search of “3.0.3” here yielded no results.
2. I’m aware of the (Adam) Osborne Rule prohibiting new product announcements. My understanding is that this is more of a maintenance release but will contain a feature that will save me from some tedium. I’m trying to avoid wasting hours only to find, upon finishing, a release that could have saved me all that time.
–The App Store didn’t contain the version number on the landing page. This, coupled with several “out next week” messages in May led me to believe that maybe the .3 version had been released. I’ve purchased both directly from L&L and from the App Store so I don’t even know what package I’m running.
–Is a Linux version completely off the table forever? (non sequitur)
FYI that the Mac App Store does show version number. See below.
Also FYI, Keith mentioned in his 5 June blog entry that the release of version 3.0.3 is “very close”. I interpreted that to mean “this month,” but I have no inside information. As Keith implied, better to have a stable release rather than a rushed release.
