3.5 crashing before opening

Hi! Recently installed the Scrivener 3.5 update. The app opens on my desktop, but when I ask it to “open recent” (which always worked before the update), I get the Spiral of Death and have to “force quit.” This has happened about 8 times in a row. (I am able to open my projects otherwise from my desktop).

Here are my specs:

MacBook Air Retina 13-inch 2019
Processor 1.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5
Memory 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
macOS Sonoma 14.7.8 (23H730)

Any help you can provide is deeply appreciated!

I’d try clearing the Recents menu and letting it repopulate, then try again.
