[40] Applying character style to selection with character style allready partially applied does nothing

Have to remove formating first, or select exactly what is not previously formated.

(also, style or enrichment as bold or italic on multiple selections still only apply style on 1st and last bloc, if more than 2 all inbetween are untouched)
