A basic spellchecking question

Hi. I have a very basic spellchecking question. Somehow I’m confused about spellchecking, even though I’ve spellchecked in the past.

Here’s the issue: when I’m spellchecking, and Scrivener finds a misspelled word that I know exists in other places in the document, I don’t have an option to Change All.

I also noticed the same issue when I spellchecked with Pages (the latest version, 5.2) today. There’s no option to Change All either.

I don’t know why I never noticed this issue before, but I’m wondering if there is some other way to change all instances of a misspelling in Scrivener (and I’m assuming Pages too).

Edit/Find/Project Replace… is probably the best tool for that. That panel is just from OS X, not Scrivener, we can’t add features to it like that.
