A "trial" after all these years?

Why is my Scrivener program telling me it’s a “trial” after eight years? The license is never supposed to expire, right? What do I do now? I don’t want to click on trial as I don’t need to buy it again.

(My assumption is that you’re on Scrivener v1.9.)

If you go to the Scrivener Help menu, there will be an option to Buy Scrivener or something similar.

From there, you should be able to enter the license info that you were sent via email when you originally purchased Scrivener.

If the problem keeps reoccurring, then contact L&L support directly, as they don’t handle licensing issues on the forum.
