I just accidentally deleted a Binder Note that had many important sub pages
where is the UNDO???
someone once told me you can undo such deletes
it must be possible

How did you accidentally delete it? You have to hold the Command key down while pressing delete to trash documents. (Are you on Scrivener 2.0 on the Mac?
The good news is, however, that Scrivener doesn’t permanently delete anything until you use Project > Empty Trash. Your files will be in the Trash folder at the bottom of the binder.
