Accidentally purchased Mac when i wanted to purchase Windows.
Have contacted support, however they say they are experiencing a high volume. Is there any way i can get this resolved over this forum from an admin maybe?
I was really looking forward to using the software tonight to get some progress in!
As of the time I am posting this, it’s just after 7 am Saturday in Cornwall. My best advice is to be patient. In the meantime you could download the Windows trial version to get you through until you hear from support. Once you get the license thing figured out it’s just a matter of entering/registering the software.
I’m not sure if support is around on the weekends as much as they are during the week, but they’ll get back with you as soon as they can I’m sure.
