Adding Windows to the Toolbox

I use Scrivener for MacOS and iOS. Now that Scrivener 3 for Windows is out, I would like the flexibility to use Scrivener 3 for Windows but it’s a bit pricy. Is there any discount or SummerFest for loyal MacOS and iOS users?
