Aeon Timeline syncing with Scrivener 3 on Mac

Hi I’m using these two together. The sync seems to be working on the Aeon Timeline software, but I’m not seeing the dates in the custom metadata field in Scrivener 3.

This is on Mac OS.

Am I missing something?

Yes. :wink: Go back to Aeon Timeline (AT) and open your project. Select Sync->Settings. For every field that is not showing up in Scrivener but you want to show up in Scrivener, pull down the list next to that field, and select New Custom Field. Click OK. Then sync.

Does that help?

(BTW: If, in Timeline Properties, you change the data type of Completed to “Single Line Text”, you can sync it with Scrivener’s Status field if you like.)
