After updating Scriverner, ios version won't open on Windows

I have Scrivener on my PC, and after being away from it for a while, I decided to import/load a project from my ipad.

Before I could do so, I was asked to update Scrivener (which is now at 1.9.70), and I made sure it was set to connect it with dropbox.

And my PC says it can’t load the ipad project.

Did I miss a step?

And with “import/load” you mean Open, the way you would open any Scriv project?
