Alternate Editor - Open AND Close keyboard command

Now that I’m using the alternate editor a bit more, I find that I often want to close this second editor after a quick peek into a document, and do it via the keyboard. I can not find a keyboard shortcut for doing this.

I wonder if the open alt editor keystrokes (CMD + Shift + O) might also be used to close it? This would be a very handy way of opening and closing a document quickly, without having to click the cursor on some tiny little box on the screen.

Well, provided the editor you want to keep around has the focus, you can just hit cmd-’ to close the other editor - although note that this only works with the recent betas, available from the Beta Testing forum.
