And Now For Something Completely Different: Synchronisation!

Synchronization is a cool feature, but the many small text files in the synchronization folder are not particularly handy, if someone else is asked to review the text and if I want to transfer back annotations and changes into the Scrivener-project. My editor for example wants one RTF file per chapter (and preferably even without pictures - btw can one remove pictures using compile?).
It would be great, if you could export a selection of documents and sub-documents as one single file (ideally using compile) and sync back the changes in this file later.
