I mean the highlighted bar in the Binder automatically moves while you are moving between different sections?
I am not sure what you mean, but we try to support all of them. 
What is the feature that you are having difficulties with? The highlight bar ordinarily should not be dancing around. There is one main exception: the up/down arrows in the editor sidebar. If you’re clicking those they will move the highlight. If you do not like that behaviour, there is a way to turn it off in the “Hidden Preferences” section of Appendix Din the user manual PDF, pg. 522, No Automatic Binder Selection.
