Anyone here use Pagico?

I’ve just been alerted to a document organizing/scheduling app called Pagico, which comes in Mac and Windows versions. It seems very slick and boasts tools to help freelancers, but I’ve never heard of it before.

So naturally I thought I’d come here and ask if anyone knew about it or had used it. I’m curious about your experience.


I am on the hunt for the perfect combination of information and task management tool all in one, as they all seem to be one or the other. I did try Pagico as it claims to do both but didn’t really take to the task management side, as it didn’t allow for repeating tasks.

I’m currently using Omnifocus for task management and Yojimbo for ducuments.

Still on the hunt.
