So, I’ve been a Scrivener user on Mac for a few years… I do a lot of travel now with a Surface and decided to purchase the Windows version so I can keep writing on the road with my work laptop.
Aaaannnd… I opened the program the night I bought it (1/21) but now if I try to open it, it just… doesn’t.
If I open task manager it says it’s running, but clearly it’s not!
I’ve tried all the troubleshooting to be found such as compatibility, admin user, reinstall, etc.
Sent an email to tech, but I got a reply that they are really backed up…
I just want to use this program.
Please help!
