Since I upgraded to v3 I have been getting a popup on Adobe Acrobat Reader saying that software with Assistive Technology is running on my computer. Does Scrivener v3 have anything in it that would be detected by other software as assistive technology? Trying to figure out why this popup keeps occurring. Indeed I can simply check the box that says “don’t show again” but if there is something in the background hogging my processor, I want to turn it off rather than just letting it run and ignoring it. Thanks.
A quick google of “Adobe reader assistive technology “ indicates this is a feature in Reader. Perhaps it was inadvertently enabled. Here’s a site that tells how to disable:
I doubt this is related to the Scrivener install.
