Audio Files Won't Play [NOTED]

I have some notes I’ve recorded on my phone. I copied them to my computer, they play in Quicktime. When I imported them into Scrivener, all I see is a blank page, with a word and character count (both set at 0) at the bottom of it, just as if it were a regular text page, but without the ability to type in it.
The file type is AMR, I’m running Windows 7 Starter.

There was a note about emailing samples of imported stuff; should I do this? And if so, do I send the Scrivener project, or the audio file? Or both?

I believe another users raised this is about supporting the AMR file format - which is a compressed audio format developed by Ericsson; used by many 3G cell phones for voice recordings such as MMS messages.

I need to check out licensing before looking to see if we’ll support this format.
