Author country not showing on title page

Although my country is in my Scrivener 3 preferences, I can’t get it to show up on my title page. I see that author info is configured on a per project basis but it is totally nonobvious how to update this. Whyyyy? Thanks for any help.

Not sure I fully understand the question, but perhaps this will help from Scrivener’s documentation on placeholders.
