I’m pretty new to Scrivener: I just downloaded it for this year’s Nano and it’s the first time I’m doing Nano, too. So I don’t have a lot of time for getting familiar with Scrivener and I do apologise of this feature already exists somewhere. But I could not find it.
I would love somewhere to be able to put my name as the author. So that I can export it to LaTeX or wherever. I’m writing more words in a row than I have ever done before, and I would love to see my name somewhere on Scrivener to give myself some credit for all these words!
Sorry, I found it! I went through the help, searching for “author”, but I could not find anything. And since I could not find anything useful there, I gave up. But then I found the thing today by accident!
And thank you for making Scrivener! I would not be where I am now with Nano without the program. Especially for people like me, who have no fixed plot, just an idea, the pin board and writing bits and pieces and shuffling them around to find some order, really, really, helps!
