Auto-Synopsis Corkboard Crash[FIXED]

I run Windows 7 with Commodo Anti-Virus on a HP Pavilion Entertainment Laptop.

At the time I had Google Chrome open, showing only plain images and text, MSN, and no other applications.

Here’s a screen-shot directly after the crash:

I’ve been able to repeat this multiple times by having a folder open in corkboard mode selecting a file inside it and pressing the circled button. All documents I tried it with were empty. It happened with two separate files and two different folders in each. After each time this happened, the next booting of Scrivener crashed instantly, but subsequent attempts to use the program had no problems until I repeated the error.

I believe this bug has already been logged and it was advised not to auto-synopsis documents that had no text in them.

Alright, thanks. Where can I find a list of known bugs? Looked around the forum and program, but probably missed the obvious.

There isn’t a list of bugs as with the avalanche of posts the developers are having a hard time just keeping up. The best way to find out what bugs have been reported already is to read back through the forum (daunting as that is) or make a post and someone will inform you if it’s a new bug or not and what other haves found as a workaround.

I find the easiest way to see all the logged bugs is to go back to the oldest pages of the board and start reading forward. Mainly because the edited titles that say [Bug Logged] are all back there. People stop responding once it’s logged and it falls back.
