Autocorrect doesn't allow me to undo its changes

I became a little dependent on autocorrect in Scrivener 2 in Mac to fix my dodgy typing, and now I have switched to Scrivener 3 on the PC.
It corrects things but then doesn’t allow me to change it back, and no matter how many times I write Dharmsala, it insists on changing it to Taramarasalata, which was funny but is now annoying. How can I get it to undo an autocorrection, and not keep forcing the correction?

ctrl-Z undoes it here. Is Taramarasalata in the project auto-correct list?
