I can’t get the “Total Progress” or “Total Target” fields bar to display anything (color bar) within the Outliner. 
Hello! There is currently a bug with both of those where instead of reflecting the chosen document they are instead showing only the Project Target/Draft Target. Is that the bug you are experiencing? If you set a draft target under Project Targets do the outliner columns update to that or is this another bug?
