Beta 10: Autocomplete Popup In The Way of Typing

It seems the position of the auto complete popup list has changed with Beta 10. It pops up right on top of the word you’re typing. It used to be offset a little so you could see what you’re typing. Now I haven’t even finished typing a word, and the popup list covers what I’m typing.

That’s a hinderance even if the word I’m typing is on the list, but often the word isn’t. The list will pop open after only typing a couple letters, and that means the autocomplete list blocks me and slows me down so much it becomes useless.

Please put it back the way it was.

Thanks, this has been filed. Which version of the beta are you using, standard or high-res? Is it the same as you used for the previous beta when this worked?

I’m using the standard res version. That’s the version I’ve used for all the betas.
