Beta 22 Crashing When I Try to Type in Characters

A little while ago I was trying to enter into my Scrivener project (note: This one was created using a previous beta version). When I switched to View Document and started to type, the program immediately froze up and Windows generated a crash message which I have pasted the details of below:

Problem Event Name: APPCRASH
Application Name: Scrivener.exe
Application Version: 0.0.0.0
Application Timestamp: 4d76be03
Fault Module Name: QtGui4.dll

It did this twice on me. Then, as a test, I clicked into a scene View Document and it worked just fine. Since then I have been able to type in character ones too even after closing Scrivener and reopening a few times but it will still crash intermittently.

I am running it on a Dell XPS L1702X laptop (aka XPS 17 3D), Intel Core i7-2630QM, 8GB RAM, Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit.

As pointed out elsewhere as well, I encountered similar crashes (e.g. when setting text bold or when deleting marked text), and the error report always gave qtgui4.dll as the culprit module.
