[Beta 30] Unable to change text to speech language

Windows 10 Build 1909
I have installed several versions of English speech:
US was installed by default
Added:
UK
Canada
Australia

Even after restarting Scrivner, only the US language is selectable. There is a drop-down in settings but still only has one item listed.

Expect to be able to select a new language than choose a voice from that language pack.

Stille the same in Versie:2.9.9.7 Beta (955095), I was going to ask the same question.

By following the instructions in https://www.ghacks.net/2018/08/11/unlock-all-windows-10-tts-voices-system-wide-to-get-more-of-them/ I was able to select other voices.
