BETA 36 - Line break between quote mark and text

When a line is word-wraped it can be brake between the text and the quote mark.
the original as typed;

‘The word processor, that staple of writers’ tools, is the digital age’s equivalent of the typewriter.’

Wrap the line slightly shorter and you can get this;

‘The word processor, that staple of writers’ tools, is the digital age’s equivalent of the typewriter.

with the mark on the next line

I’ve just discovered that this only applies to smart quotes
