Can someone clarify whether there has been an update from the original beta 1.0 (25th October 2010), as the forums seem to indicate a beta 1.1 version? If there is, where is the download link? - I have tried uninstalling the original and reinstalling from the web page, but still end up with version 1.0.

In case you are confused - download and install the original beta.
The link from the Oct 29th update will give you a replacement exe that you place in your Program Files/Scrivener folder. This will replace the existing Scrivener.exe file.
Then you will have the latest fixes from the beta testing. (1.2 now I think)
