Bibliography change question

First, I bought the program several weeks ago and is a great one !! Does just about all I need in writing historical fiction. I do have 2 questions:

  1. How do you change the bibliography program that Scrivener points to? Currently I have it opening Open Office and want to change to another program.

  2. Is there a better way to manage the Bibliography, than Open Office Biblio data base? I see JabRef being use by some others.

Tools > Options > General
There is a button to “choose” a new Bibliography / Citations Manager in this dialogue
