I hope Scrivener iPad has a Binder, and that Splitting makes the cut.
One of the great pleasures of using Scrivener is blasting out a long text document about some aspect of the project, then splitting it into ideas (often renaming with selection), and organizing the ideas into the Binder.
It would be great if the iPad version could provide the same workflow.
