Black blinking line in editor[NOTED]

In the new fix (October 29) I found a new bug.
In the editor is one line below the cursor a blinking black line seen.

Now working is painful of your eyes because of the blinking.

Can you check to see if you have ‘Use block insertion point’ checked in you Editor settings?
