Have searched for an answer to this sans luck.
If I insert a blank page (<$BLANK_PAGE>) into a project and then compile it as ePub/Mobi I get the blank page I want (yippee) but it also lists the “Blank Page” in the index/TOC.
Anyway to stop it doing that?

It sounds as though the title is getting included. Try ticking “Compile As-Is” for the blank page document.

I have got the ‘compile as-is’ option selected, but in both Kindle and iBooks the blank pages appear in the TOC.

Any other ideas very welcome
