Blank space in the sidebar

There is a blank space in the sidebar, just above the “collection” and the “binder”. I have no idea what I have done to cause this problem, and dragging the whole thing up didn’t work. :cry: :cry:

It seems that my problem is similar to this case,

but the suggestion helped Ken didn’t work on my case.

I’d appreciate any suggestions on fixing this.

This sounds like the same problem as reported in

Your screenshots are small on my machine, but it looks to me as if you are using the Chinese UI; that thread shows a similar problem with the Japanese UI, both two-byte languages.

I’m just a user and no nothing about whether KB has found a solution. AmberV’s post in that thread is relevant.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I’m using a Japanese UI. I followed AmberV’s direction and problem solved!

@Usagi, I should apologise for not looking at the binder entries. I saw the project title and the footer details—number off characters, Eric.—were in kanji, hence thinking your UI was Chinese. Anyway, I’m glad you’re sorted for the moment, and hope that KB will find a solution to the bug.
