Bought Mac version of Scrivener instead of Windows.

Sorry if this is not the right place to post this, but I accidentally bought the Mac version of Scrivener instead of Windows. I tried e-mailing but it’s been about two days without a response. Does it normally take a while to recieve an e-mail back? I used the Windows support e-mail, is there another e-mail that I should’ve used? Any help would be appreciated.
