(Waiting to buy the next iMac, and the wait is long, so I’m still working on PC.)
I know Scrivener can import OPML file, but is there somebody knows wich PC brainmapping software is compatible with Scrivener ?

Even MindManager doesn’t support OPML in their Windows version (only Mac).
The only tool I’ve ever heard off - but never used it myself - is buzz:

SimpleMind for Windows ($33 US) can export to OPML. It’s a really nice program. However, the Scrivener import is not yet implemented but I think it’s coming soon.
