I just decided to purchase from my trial version. When I clicked on Help-Buy Now, it opened in Internet Explorer, which I’ve never used and is not my default browser. I had to navigate to the homepage instead, via chrome, and purchase there. No biggie, but worth mentioning. Brand new PC using Windows 10.
It’s not a bug. The Paddle licensing code has a hard-wired dependency on IE.
Ah ok. Well I guess they’ve got a year to sort that out before IE gets discontinued. If it had opened in Edge I wouldn’t have been so surprised, but I wasn’t about to put my credit card details into IE.
