I downloaded the installer for the trial version, but every time I try to activate it, my downloads file freezes. Any advice on how to get it to work would be appreciated.
As a first step, I’d try clearing your browser cache (or using a different browser) and then re-downloading. If you have any download helpers or such, temporarily disable them before re-downloading. It could just be a case of an corrupted download, and a fresh attempt will get the installer running properly.
