Cannot get order history from esellerate, so no serial num

Sorry if this is off topic, but I’ve run out of options.

In 2014 I licensed Scrivener for Windows. Now I have a new computer, and I don’t have the Scrivener serial number any longer. Following the directions in some old posts, I went to the eSellerate web site and entered my email address, to get my order history so I could get my serial number. I’ve done this several times, and the eSellerate site always says “Your order history has been emailed,” but the order history has never arrived. I’ve looked in my spam and trash folders. I’ve even looked in the junk folder on the email server. Nothing. There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact technical support at eSellerate.

Unless someone here has an idea, I’m out of options. Please help!
