I’m able to get an Icon which will let me read the synopsis when I hover over it but I’d like to get a separate column with the synopsis so that I can then download the outline view to a spreadsheet. What am I missing here? (Windows 3 Beta)

Don, first of all, and with no ulterior intentions, as your post refers to the Windows 3 beta, it would be much better in the Beta-Testing forum, as that is where it’s most likely to get the attention of the devs.
That said, if I remember rightly, version 1.9.7 didn’t have this feature, and although it will be coming with v. 3, it is possible that it is not yet implemented in the current beta. I hope one of the moderators, or someone more knowledgeable than me will be along soon to help.

I thought perhaps it just hasn’t been implemented yet. Problem is, my Macintosh version of scrivener is on a home desktop machine and I will be traveling for a month with an iPad Pro and surface Pro.
I suppose, then, the best way for me to accomplish my goal would be to use parallels access on either of my tablets and remotely use Scrivener 3 for the Mac.
Tricky, but a writer always finds a way.
