Can't activate my scrivener licence !

Hi

On december the 20th, I bought this licence for scrivener
My bank account has been debited at the end of december
So everything should be in order

But for over 2 weeks I can’t activate my scrivener software !

When I put the licence number, I got a window connected to “Esellarate” that is running on and on without ending !

I sent a few emails but no answer from the official literature

What’s going on ?
What can I do ?

Any help would be appreciated

In our support system, it looks like you’ve been working with Astrid to resolve this. That’s probably the best route for license issues, since we can look up your license information and things like that.
