Can't connect to the registration server

I’m trying to run Scrivener under Wine on Fedora. Its now asking me for my email address and code instead of my name and code.

It always responds with “Could not establish connection to the License server. Please try again.”

Any suggestions?

I checked my log file and get the following:

Debug: License server started. Debug: Starting communication. Debug: Could not open pipe. Last Error: 2 Debug: Communication disabled. Debug: Starting communication. Debug: Could not open pipe. Last Error: 2 Debug: Communication disabled. Warning: QProcess: Destroyed while process is still running.

If you checked the Linux forum

viewforum.php?f=33

and/or posted this there, you might find the answer already or get a quicker reply from someone who knows the answer.
