Can't contact Scrivener support

Hello there,

I’ve been trying to get in touch with Literature & Latte support, but get Return to Sender Mail Daemon responses when I use the online contact form and send them a direct email. I’ve whitelisted their addresses in my email and don’t know what else to do to get in touch. Anyone else experiencing this or know what the issue is?

As far as we know, our mail is working fine.

If you have another address available, try sending from it instead. If that doesn’t help, send a forum PM to me or one of the other moderators with the exact error message you’re seeing.
