can't create new templates

I just tried to create a new template, but got the error message

What does this mean/ how do I fix it? I definitely have a lot of free disk space on my mac.

Same problem here. Any ideas anyone?


Apologies, this is a known issue with the current Mac App Store version caused by the switch to sandboxing (in order to comply with Apple’s new rules). I have found a workaround and hope to publish an update very soon, but in the meantime you can download the version from our site, which is not sandboxed but will recognise you as a registered customer if you have run the App Store version once, to create templates.
