can't install 2.3

I can’t seem to install 2.3. I download it, ‘run’ it, and a window comes up saying the security certificate is not valid. I run it anyway, but nothing happens. Scrivener is not installed, and the files don’t seem to have downloaded. Any suggestions?

Installed now, no longer says the security certificate thing.

When I open it, it still says its going to expire 15th May, not 30th like the download page says. But when I check ‘about’ it is version 023 so should be OK.
