Capitalizing First Four Words Failed

I know I’m supplying very little information, but I want to see if there’s some known issue or obvious mistake on my part that caused this:

I chose to capitalize the first four words for each scene. Although it showed that choice correctly in the Section Layouts part of the compile dialog, it only worked for one scene. I gave up on that feature for now.

Is there any obvious reason for that?

The most obvious reason is that the other scenes don’t use the same section type, for some reason.

The other thing to check is whether “Uppercase even when section is not after a page break” is checked for that section layout.
