CHANGE COLOR OF BACKGROUND FROM WHITE

In vs. 2 I was able to change page bg color to light gray - to keep my eyes from getting too tired from staring at mostly white screen.

How can I do this in vs. 3 ?

Those sort of appearance settings are in

Preferences > Appearance > Main Editor > Colours.
