Changing Alignment in Editor

Hi there! I just updated to Scrivener 3, and I love a lot of the new features! However, there’s one that I’d like to know if I’m missing. In the previous versions of Scrivener, when you wrote, the text was automatically right next to the left-hand side of the editor. In Scrivener 3 even though it’s left justified, it’s in the middle. There’s a huge amount of white space that’s driving me crazy.

Is putting the text along the editor a thing I can do without blowing up the text to 200%? (The only solution I’ve found so far). I’ve tried messing with the ruler but I can shift where the text starts, and none of the styles seem to allow it either.

I know that as far as problems go that this is minor, but if anyone has an answer for me I’d appreciate it.

Basically the same problem Istara found out how to solve here:

Scrivener -> Preferences -> Appearance, select Main Editor from the list on the left, then Options.

The option has always been there, but Scrivener 3 may not have picked up your Scrivener 2 setting.
